Milling & cleaning tool for tyre valves, Mod. II

Professional milling and cleaning tool for the sealing seat of tire valves in alloy rims. Salt corrosion and oxidation leave residues and dissolve the paint and clear coat on aluminum rims. This often leads to the formation of small bubbles and lifting of the paint. As a result of this damage, air can escape around the tire valve, as the valve no longer lies completely flat on the surface. Depending on the severity of the damage, the seat must first be cleaned and/or deburred before the grinding and polishing stone can grind the seat flat in the next step. The two 2-stage grinding and polishing stone, the 2 different lengths of the operating tools in combination with the extension allow the grinding and polishing tools to be used regardless of the type of aluminum rim.

Suitable for all valves installed in aluminum rims (rubber valves, screwed steel valves and TPMS sensor valves).
